Grosvenor Hall renovation: What it means for OHIO IT services

From May 7 through Aug. 8, 2026, Grosvenor Hall will be closed for electrical improvements.

OHIO IT services will continue uninterrupted during this time.

Getting support

For IT support, including requests for in-person assistance, members of the OHIO community can submit a request through the Technology Help Center.

Additionally, walk-up assistance is available at the Tech Help Desk on the fourth floor of Alden Library.

During the renovation, OHIO IT staff members will reach out directly to coordinate device pickups related to purchasing or repair.
