Help shape OHIO’s enterprise survey and course evaluation tools

Ohio University’s Office of Information Technology (OIT) is launching the Enterprise Survey and Course Evaluation Project as a comprehensive review of Ohio University’s survey and evaluation technologies, including Qualtrics, Blue, and REDCap.

A committee of student, faculty and staff representatives will guide and support this evaluation by reviewing campus-wide feedback, participating in vendor demonstrations and testing, and contributing to the final recommendation that will guide OHIO’s direction for these tools.

Why your feedback matters

Before the committee begins its work, OIT representatives are gathering input from students, faculty and staff to understand current use of survey and evaluation tools. Responses from the OHIO community will help identify the most critical requirements to emphasize in OHIO’s request to vendors and will guide the committee’s priorities.

How you can participate

Please complete the survey to share your experiences and needs related to survey and course evaluation tools.

After the survey closes in early April, the committee will review your input as part of the project’s broader spring information‑gathering phase. More information about the phases and timeline for this review is available on the project website.

Thank you for helping shape the future of OHIO’s survey and course evaluation tools. Your feedback is essential to this process and will directly influence the technologies that support teaching, research and administrative excellence across the University.
