OHIO employees can now download tax statement 1095-C

Ohio University employees are now able to download Form 1095-C, the annual tax statement showing health insurance coverage offered to them.

Ohio University Human resources has posted information about the form, as well as instructions on how to download the form on the Human Resources website.
