New website makes it easy to reserve Culinary Services, Housing and Residence Life spaces

Ohio University’s Housing and Residence Life and Culinary Services have launched a new online platform to facilitate the reservation of spaces across the two departments. This system aims to streamline the process of reserving spaces for events, meetings, programs, trainings, and other activities.

Members of the OHIO community can now conveniently view available spaces such as Nelson Commons, Latitude 39, the LLC, The East End in Jefferson Hall, Paw Print Park and more. The reservation webpage provides a user-friendly view of the spaces and set-ups offered along with a link to the reservation request form.

In addition, the Event Services reservation process for fall semester 2024 is approaching. Event Services will accept reservations for Baker, Galbreath Chapel, select outdoor spaces, and Walter Rotunda starting March 20 at 9 a.m.

For more information, see the Culinary and Housing Space Reservation Webpage.
