Bobcat Parents and Families,
We know that our students have a lot of things on their plates, but with the rising cost of living, their plates might lack one essential item—food.
OHIO recognizes the importance of proper nutrition and that having enough food contributes to academic success. That's why we are continuing to take steps to address food insecurity in the lives of our students, but we can't do so without your help. Cats' Cupboard provides free supplemental food to our students. Please consider giving to the pantry using our Amazon list of the most needed items.
All donations are greatly appreciated! We thank you for your continued support of helping students on their journey as they work toward achieving their goals.

Celebrate women's leadership at OHIO
This year's Women's History Month theme is "Celebrating Women Who Tell Our Stories," which aims to recognize women who have made an impact in media and storytelling. During March, OHIO will celebrate women's great strides and contributions throughout history.
To kick off the celebration, head to the Multicultural Center this Saturday, March 4, at 10:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. for Empower HER, a day to network and build bonds with women of all backgrounds. Check out all of the WHM events.

Give to Cats' Cupboard Before you head out for spring break, check your pantry to see if you have any items you can donate to Cats' Cupboard. Each semester, more and more students are turning to the food pantry, so if you can, help out a Bobcat in need! |
Donate meal swipes Mark your calendars! The Meal Bank Swipe Drive is almost here. The Meal Bank is a way for students to share meals with fellow Bobcats facing food insecurity. Students with a meal plan can donate up to three meal swipes from Sunday, Mar. 5 to lunch time on Friday, Mar. 10 at either Nelson Court or the Dristrict on West Green. |
Margaret Boyd Scholars
You might know her name from Boyd Hall, but how much do you know about Margaret "Maggie" Boyd herself? Alden Library's new exhibit looks back at who she was, what the University looked like at the time, and her legacy as the first woman to graduate from OHIO.
There are lots of women at OHIO today who are following in the legacy of Maggie. Learn about the Margaret Boyd Scholars program.
