Technology Help Center now official home for all IT help content

The Technology Help Center (help.ohio.edu) is now the official home of all IT help content, including an easy-to-search listing of all technology help pages and IT services offered by the Office of Information Technology. This information that was previously available under ohio.edu/oit/services, and those pages have been archived.

The expanded Technology Help Center includes a knowledge base with help articles and a service catalog that describes all services provided by OIT and how to access those services. A new search bar has been added to both the Technology Help Center and OIT homepage, making it easier to find information quickly.

The new knowledge base also allows any campus user to submit feedback on help articles and vote if the content was helpful or not. If you can’t find the answer you need, technicians can draft an article and add it to the knowledge base for future reference. Additionally, knowledge articles can be attached to tickets submitted to the Technology Help Center, leading to faster response times overall.
