Nominations being accepted to celebrate International Education Week 2021

International Education Week, hosted this year from Nov. 15-19, 2021, seeks to celebrate and elevate the “Resilience of the OHIO Community in Global Engagement.”

Following the onset of the coronavirus pandemic, the 2020 IEW Virtual celebrations examined the global interconnectedness of shared Bobcat experiences through video storytelling and peer-submitted kudos.

This year, as the pandemic persists, the University community continues to find its shared path forward.

The International Education Week Committee is soliciting nominations, via 30-60 second videos or short text, to recognize and celebrate faculty, staff, alumni and community members in the region who have exemplified excellence in global engagement through teaching, learning, research, outreach, and services.  All nominees will be recognized during the IEW Gala (tentatively scheduled on Nov. 17, 2021) and receive a small token of appreciation.
