Students will receive an email from OHIO when their mail or package is ready for pickup. Our state-of-the-art smart locker system provides a secure, convenient, and contactless pickup experience that fits student schedules.
Important: Delivery notifications from retailers or carriers (such as Amazon, UPS, FedEx, or USPS) only indicate that your package has arrived on campus, not that it is ready for pickup. Your package is available for pickup only after you receive an email from OHIO.
To pick up your package, bring your OHIO ID to your designated Green Mail Room during operating hours.
To ensure mail and packages are delivered securely and without delay, students should address all mail to their assigned Green mail room. Each mailing address must also include the student's residence hall and room number to ensure items are routed correctly and received promptly.
