Business Mail Delivery & Parcel Pick-Up
U.S. Mail and Campus Mail deliveries occur once per weekday to all university departments. To arrange for a pick-up please call 740.593.1850 or email email@example.com. To ensure same-day processing of parcels and Express items, please call or email for pick-up no later than 1:00 p.m.
To ship an item for University business, a shipping form [PDF] complete with a valid university account number needs to accompany the item being shipped.
Mail Services supports shipping options through USPS, UPS, FedEx ground and FedEx Express including:
- First Class Mail
- Express Mail
- Priority Mail
- Certified Mail
- Insured Mail
- Stamp Purchases
Faculty, staff, and students may also take advantage of Ohio University’s discounted rate for personal shipping needs by visiting the Mail Services Receiving Facility located at Building 37 at the Ridges. Credit card or check payments are required for personal packages and a shipping form [PDF] must accompany the package.
Mail Services carries various boxes, envelopes, and other shipping materials for a small fee to assist with preparing your package for shipment.
