The Athena Cinema expands Fall 2024 programming

After 15 months of partial closures to conduct necessary structural renovations, The Athena Cinema is proud to announce the re-opening of two of its theaters just in time for an expanded slate of fall programming.

The Ohio University Wind Symphony will present a special concert on Sunday, Sept. 29, beginning at 4 p.m. at the Templeton-Blackburn Alumni Auditorium celebrating the martial music of Ghana.

Ohio University mourns the passing of Professor Emeritus George Sherman. A memorial will be held on the Baker Stage in Kantner Hall on Oct. 12 from 2-4 p.m.
