Appendix A: Laboratory Chemical Inventory

• Include an excel sheet called "ChemInventory" listing all chemicals and quantities stored in your lab.

Appendix B: Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS)

• Department should include the MSDSs for all their chemicals used. These should correspond to the chemical inventory in Appendix A.

Include an alphabetical listing of each researcher's outline.
