Sylvia joined Ohio University in 2016. She earned her Bachelor’s in Education and her Master’s in Linguistics from Ohio University. Sylvia has a long career in quality and project and program management in both corporate and higher education settings. Sylvia oversees the OHIO Business Service Center’s processes, systems, and metrics.
