Heather Krugman

Heather Krugman serves as the Executive Director for the OHIO Business Services Center. She has more than 26 years of higher education experience working in strategy, finance, human resources, and operations at Ohio University.

Heather has worked in several offices and departments at OHIO, including serving as the Senior Executive Officer for the Scripps College of Communication and the Deputy Director of Academic Budget and Planning in the Office of the Executive Vice President and Provost. Krugman was named as an Ohio University Outstanding Administrator in 2016 and created a business services center for the Scripps College of Communication in 2018. She holds an M.Ed. In Higher Education Administration and a B.B.A. in Business.

Heather’s favorite way to decompress is shopping and she feeds her habit regularly. She’s probably the only person in Ohio who loves the crazy weather because it gives her many more opportunities to wear her large collection of boots.
