Research is central to the advancement of human health through biomedical engineering, and our faculty focus on three primary research areas: cellular and biomolecular engineering, biomechanics, and biomedical information processing.
At the Russ College, we take advantage of the broad biomedical engineering resources available through our collaboration with the Heritage College of Osteopathic Medicine, College of Health Sciences and Professions, and the College of Arts and Sciences to provide you with hands-on, world-class lab experiences.
