Quarter After Eight is an annual literary journal presented by the Ohio University English Department's Creative Writing graduate students.
Quarter After Eight is devoted to the exploration of innovative writing in all its forms. The journal publish fiction, poetry, prose poetry, sudden fiction, creative and critical nonfiction, interviews, reviews, interactive pieces, digital work, letters, memoirs, translations, dramas, and less defined forms of prose from new and established writers.
The Editor-in-Chief position for Quarter After Eight is a paid assistantship available to Creative Writing Ph.D. students.
