Current Use
The Innovation Center, located at 340 West State Street, coordinates C-1 on the campus map, is the home of Ohio University's technology business incubator. This 36,000 square foot, two-story building is marked as #145 on the map. It houses the offices of the Innovation Center, and the Technology Transfer Office.
History
Twelve technology companies, Innovation Center administration, and the Technology Transfer Office all moved in on July 1, 2003.
The Innovation Center Program provides incubation services to biotechnology companies, IT companies, and companies that provide services to these two industry sectors. The Innovation Center Program celebrated its 20th anniversary in May, 2003.
