Transaction Information

You can access up-to-date Transaction Activity anytime using the eAccounts web version or eAccounts mobile app so you always know how many meals you have left and what your Bobcat Cash and Flex Points balances are.

Mobile App Instructions

  • Open the mobile app to see your Bobcat Cash balance and Flex Points balance (if you have a Flex Meal Plan).
  • Tap on Bobcat Cash or Flex Points to see your transaction history.
  • Tap "Add Money" to add more Bobcat Cash to your account if you have a payment source saved in Apple Wallet or have saved a payment method on the eAccounts Website.
  • Under "Board Plans," you can see the name of your meal plan and the amount of meals you have left.
  • Tap the name of your Meal Plan to see your recent account activity.

Web Instructions

  • Log in to eAccounts and go to Account Summary to see your Bobcat Cash and Flex Points balances.
  • Click "Add Money" to make a Bobcat Cash deposit.
  • To see your transaction history, click "Account Transactions" at the top of the screen.
  • Fill out the required fields and click "Search."
  • You can also download a PDF Account Statement by the month, by choosing "Account Statements" at the top of the screen.
  • Click on your meal plan name to see your remaining balance of meals and a two-week snapshot of your transaction activity.
  • To see a longer view, click on "Board Transactions" at the top of the screen, fill out the required fields, then click "Search."
