Program Employees/ Volunteers
Program Registration
All programs must complete a Program Registration annually at least two months before the program start date.
Training
All authorized adults who will be working with minors (including OHIO employees, students, student athletes, and volunteers) must complete annual mandatory training prior to the commencement of the program. The two required trainings are:
- Protecting Children: Identifying and Reporting Sexual Misconduct
- Shine a Light Webinar video.
Training for Hiring Staff Who Work With Minors
In addition, all authorized adults who will be part of the hiring process for program staff must also complete in addition to the two trainings above: Hiring Staff Who Work With Minors. Register for training if you are part of the hiring staff.
It is each program director’s responsibility to collect certificates of completion from each individual required to undergo training prior to the program commencement.
New Users
Scroll down to Registration on the training pages linked above to create an account.
Returning Users
Log in with previously established credentials. Once you are logged in you may choose from the listing of available courses. A history of your completed courses is available in "My Completions." You will also receive an email containing a link to your completion certificate, upon successful completion of the courses.
