Applying to the MPA Program

Applications for admission to the Master of Public Administration are accepted throughout the year. However, if entering as a full-time student, you are encouraged to begin coursework during fall quarter.

You will need:

  • OU graduate application
    Online form: http://www.ohio.edu/graduate/apply.cfm
    Printed form: here
  • Official transcripts (two copies)
  • Three letters of recommendation
  • Résumé
  • Professional/personal statement
  • Optional: GRE scores

The completed application form and fee (if you're not using the online application) and two copies of academic transcripts should be mailed to
