The CDP is a structured professional development certificate program provided for Ohio University Classified Non-Bargaining Unit staff. We are currently working with the Classified Senate to revise the CDP to best meet the professional development needs of classified employees.
Currently, there are resources available to meet many desired skill and knowledge training requests through Lynda.com, the Learning Express Library, and the UHR Lending Library. More information is provided below.

This spreadsheet lists the available training and development resources from Lynda.com, the Learning Express Library, and the UHR Lending Library. You may view the resources available at each location by clicking on the appropriate tab at the bottom of the spreadsheet. You may also organize/sort the information within each sheet by clicking on arrow beside the desired column header, then clicking on "sort A to Z."

Learning Express Library
The LearningExpress Library, available through Alden Library, offers a plethora of resources to help you succeed. Each of the Learning Centers offers the practice tests, exercises, skill-building courses, eBooks, and information you need to achieve the results you want—at school, at work, or in life. There are many levels and topics so please explore to find the materials and methods that best meet your needs.
UHR Lending Library
The UHR Lending Library contains dozens of books, magazines, activities, multimedia resources to enhance your business skills through a variety of topics such as business acumen, communication, motivation, and team building.
