Why do you want to be an OHIO First Scholars Advocate?
As a first-generation student, going to college seemed like going to Oz, and most of the time I had no idea what different offices did or where I could find information I needed. That sense of not belonging made me miss out on a lot of opportunities that I now regret. If I can help someone find the information they need and help them feel like they belong here at Ohio University, I would love to do so.
