Faculty/Staff Motor Pool Grants

The Office of Experiential Learning will make available, to any faculty member who reaches out at least 3 weeks before a scheduled class engagement off-campus and requiring motor pool resources, a maximum of $300/semester. 

This is a limited pool and will be shared on a first-come, first-served basis. Every effort will be made to accommodate as many different OHIO faculty and staff doing Experiential Learning as possible.

To make a request for a Motor Pool Travel Grant, you must submit the following information to experiential.learning@ohio.edu: 

• Date of your planned activity. Please make every effort to connect with our office at least (3) three weeks prior to your planned engagement.
• 1-2 sentence description. Describe the place and your plan.
• Estimated cost of motor pool resources required. Reminder: we can offer a maximum of $300/semester per applicant.
