Suspect Description

White male, middle-aged, tall, salt and pepper hair that is balding, possibly with very tan skin and wearing a zip-up jacket.


On April 6, 2022, at approximately 8:15 p.m, a female Ohio University student reported that she was inappropriately touched at Memorial Auditorium approximately 10 minutes earlier.  The victim reported that the unknown male, described above, was following her closely through a crowd, bumping his midsection into her back as she walked.  He then grabbed her right upper-outer thigh area as she was walking through the lobby.  The victim reported the incident to management at the auditorium, who notified the Ohio University Police Department staff that were working the event.  Officers searched the area but were unable to locate the suspect.  The incident remains under investigation.
