White male, college age, 5’6” – 5’8”, brown hair, clean shaven, stocky to muscular build, wearing a black Adidas ball cap, black Nike hoodie, blue jeans, and white tennis shoes

Narrative

On October 18, 2021 at 7:03 p.m., the Ohio University Police Department received a report from the hospital of a rape that occurred in the early morning hours of October 17, 2021. A female victim reported to a nurse that she met the male described above while Uptown on Saturday night. The male met up with her later at James Hall where he used force to have sexual intercourse with her.

This case is being investigated by the Ohio University Police Department.
