Narrative
On Saturday, September 7, 2019 at approximately 1:20 a.m., OUPD received a report of rape that occurred earlier that night. A female victim reported that the male described above engaged her in sexual conduct without consent in an unknown room at Shively Hall. The victim reported being hit on her head at some point during the incident. The victim sustained minor physical injuries.
This case is under investigation by the Ohio University Police Department.
