White male, college aged, 6’0”, thin build, clean shaven, wearing a black hoodie

Narrative

On Friday, November 17, 2017 a female student reported to OUPD that at approximately 4:30 a.m. the same morning she was groped by an unknown male, described above, while she was standing in front of the graffiti wall on West Mulberry Street. The suspect approached the victim on foot and grabbed her breasts, after which the victim shoved him away. The suspect fled on foot toward Baker Center.
