Narrative
On Tuesday, November 1, 2016 at 1:47 p.m., OUPD was notified by a female that she was raped in her dorm room in Sowle Hall by an unknown male on Tuesday, November 1, at around 2:00 a.m. The victim reported she communicated with the male via SnapChat and later met with him at her room. She reported that after denying his sexual advances the male described above engaged in sexual conduct without consent.
