Path between Stewart and N. McKinley - "South Beach" area
White male, 19-20 years old, short dirty blonde hair, approximately 5’11”, lean build, full lips, round nose and no facial hair, possibly wearing a grey crewneck sweater and unknown colored jeans
On February 23, 2016 at 4:45 p.m., a female reported that on February 18, 2016 at approximately 12:30 a.m. she was the victim of a gross sexual imposition. The victim said that she was walking east down Morton Hill when an unknown male (described above) engaged her in conversation. After walking with her until the walking path between Stewart Street and N. McKinley Ave, the victim reported that the male attempted to kiss her and grabbed her breast. The victim fought off the male and left the area. The victim reported no physical injuries. This case is under investigation by the Ohio University Police Department.
