White male, approximately 6’ tall, medium to athletic build, medium to light brown hair, and wearing a grey hoodie.
Narrative
On Thursday, January 15, 2015, at 3:45 p.m., a female student reported a sexual imposition to OUPD. The victim said that on January 13, 2015, between 2:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m., she was walking north on the sidewalk between South Green Drive and N. McKinley Ave. The victim said that the unknown male, described above, ran up behind her and touched her buttocks. The victim turned around and observed the male running away from the area. This case is under investigation by the Ohio University Police Department.
