White male, approximately 6’0” tall, college age, light brown or dirty blonde hair with a lean average build
Narrative
On Wednesday, August 28, 2013 at approximately 9:04 p.m. a female Ohio University student reported seeing a naked male hiding in bushes at Emeriti Park. The female informed officers that the male, described above, was naked and masturbating as he looked at her. The female called 911 and watched as the male walked away into the dark with a bundle of clothes. This case is under investigation by the Ohio University Police Department.
