Faculty collective bargaining negotiations continue to progress

Ohio University and the United Academics of Ohio University (UAOU) are continuing to make progress toward OHIO’s first faculty collective bargaining agreement, with the parties reaching four additional tentative agreements in October while continuing to engage in discussions on multiple economic proposals.

Additional bargaining sessions are scheduled throughout November, and the University looks forward to building on the progress made thus far as both parties continue working toward a first collective bargaining agreement.
