Faculty collective bargaining negotiations continue to move forward

Ohio University and the United Academics of Ohio University (UAOU) are continuing to make progress toward OHIO’s first faculty collective bargaining agreement, with the parties reaching three additional tentative agreements in recent weeks while continuing to engage in discussions on multiple economic proposals.

Negotiations will continue this week, and additional bargaining sessions are in the process of being scheduled for November. The University looks forward to building on the progress made thus far as both parties continue working toward a first collective bargaining agreement.
