OHIO's Administrative Modernization Program Implementation Team

The Administrative Modernization Program (AMP) Implementation Team is responsible for guiding the planning, coordination and successful implementation of Ohio University's Administrative Modernization Program.

Gem Stone has been named as the AMP program manager. Stone is a valued member of Ohio University's Design and Construction team and brings extensive project management experience, leading complex initiatives, coordinating diverse stakeholder groups and delivering successful outcomes. Her background includes project management roles at Ohio University and several nationally recognized organizations. The AMP team is excited to have her share her expertise in support of this transformative university initiative.
