Nominations for Administrative Senate open through March 20

The Ohio University Administrative Senate elections committee invites OHIO administrators to nominate themselves or their colleagues to serve as members of Administrative Senate.

The Ohio University Administrative Senate is an elected body representing administrators at Ohio University. Senators are elected by and represent the administrative staff in their home planning units. Senators play an active part of promoting communication between administrators and senior level administration; enhancing collaboration among employee groups and students; providing representation to express concerns, interests and priorities of administrators; and facilitating recognition for the accomplishments of administrators. Administrative Senate meets in open meetings the third Wednesday of every month (except July and December). 

Nominations are now open and will close Friday, March 20, 2026 at 5 p.m.
