Snow U ❄️ Snow Yeah!

'Twas the end of the semester, and on every green

The snow-covered campus made a beautiful scene.

The moon on the breast of the new fallen snow

Gave a luster of midday to old OHIO

Students studied, researched and did projects with care,

With hopes that Winter Break Closure soon would be there.

And our photo team, all through campus went running

To capture these images, which, you'll agree, are stunning.

The long semester had plenty of tests

And all of our Bobcats had given their bests.

With the snow on the ground and upon the Class Gateway,

Many of our students went out to play.

Some built snowpeople, others slid in the snow,

But alas the poor bicycles had nowhere to go.

Our Bobcats played outside and enjoyed time with friends,

While others studied diligently, even on weekends.

And as our students continued to learn and to grow

The squirrels continued to play in the snow.

More rapid than eagles their courses brought tests,

And all of our Bobcats, well, they tried their bests!

To their final exams, our students they flew,

With backpacks, computers and pencils No. 2.

They spoke not a word (because you can’t talk during exams),

And finished their classes and all their programs.

Many students headed home, across the globe and the nation,

While others received their diplomas at fall graduation.

But I heard them exclaim as they walked down the bricks:

“Enjoy winter break, Bobcats. See you in 2026!”
