My OHIO Portal retirement slated for December

The My OHIO Portal (, a website introduced more than a decade ago with links to OHIO services, will be retired on Monday, Dec. 18.

Go OHIO, the new official app of Ohio University, replaced the My OHIO Portal for students in a more updated and user-friendly format. For faculty and staff, the retired website will redirect to a single page with popular links from the portal.

The MyOHIO Student Center ( will not be affected, and students will continue to access course registration, financial aid, and student account information through their Student Center. The MyOHIO Student Center is now easily accessible through the Go OHIO app.

Preparing for retirement

If you still use the My OHIO Portal, please bookmark your commonly used links prior to the Dec. 18 retirement date. Users who access on or after Dec. 18 will find a single web page with the most popular links from the My OHIO Portal to help ease the transition.

Students are encouraged to visit or download the Go OHIO app for key resources and a personalized student dashboard in place of the My OHIO Portal.
