November 15 vaccination requirement deadline less than a month away

Students, faculty, and staff who have not yet met OHIO’s COVID-19 vaccination requirement by submitting either proof of vaccination or an approved exemption now have less than a month to get the necessary tasks completed. Individuals who have questions about the process or who would like assistance completing the COVID-19 Testing Pathway Program form online can contact COVIDoperations@ohio.edu or call 740-566-8445.
