Ohio University and the Ohio University Foundation are pleased to announce the engagement of Cincinnati-based Fund Evaluation Group (FEG) as our new investment consultant partner.

FEG was selected based on its demonstrated investment success; its relevant experience; and the quality of its team members. The University and Foundation look forward to working with team members at FEG to grow our resources supporting student scholarships, academic and research programs, and student services.

Following a decade that saw significant growth of long-term financial assets under management (from a combined asset size of $288M in FY10 to $914M in FY19) the University and Foundation decided to evaluate current investment strategy, structures, and advisory partners to ensure alignment with our institutional goals, strategies, and asset size.

Seventeen firms responded to our RFP, of which seven were scored by the selection group to move forward as semi-finalists. Following the selection of four firms for site visits, three firms were chosen to provide finalist presentations.  The working group recommended FEG to the Foundation Investment Committee, who approved the resolution at the June 7 Foundation Board meeting.
