Sweeten your Thursday with a taste of the world! Try unique ice cream flavors inspired by international recipes—think coconut pandan from Southeast Asia, dulce de leche from Latin America, or black sesame from East Asia. As you savor each treat, groove to a global playlist featuring beats from Afrobeat to K-pop. Dance breaks encouraged!

FLAG PARADE: 10:30 AM (Starting at Baker 4th Floor and walking toward Union Street!)
The International Street Fair is always a highlight of International Week. Please join us by volunteering (see our get involved page) or just come and hangout and enjoy the day! We look forward to seeing you enjoying the flags on the green, carrying an international flag during the parade, engaging with our vendors, or being entertained by the talent on our stage.
