Charge

The Compensation Partner Group is charged with reviewing existing policies and developing new policies and/or procedures regarding compensation of employees at Ohio University.

FY18 Accomplishments

  • RFP issued and awarded for the bi-annual equity review
  • RFP issued for the five-year market study
  • Participated and provided feedback of UHR website redesign
  • Discussion regarding pay for performance (introduction to Classified Staff)

FY19 Goals

  • Review Pay Administration Guidelines
  • Provide oversight of the development of performance management tools
  • Create consistency in annual raise pool allocations
  • Define Overload processes

Representation

The Compensation Partner Group is co-chaired by a member of the RC Strategy Group, as selected by the RC Strategy Chair and an HR Director, as selected by the Chief Human Resources Officer.
