ICC 26-27 Schedule

Please note: 

  • For a course change to be published in the 2027-28 catalogs, it must receive approval by the Board of Trustees by January 31, 2027. 
  • For a new course to be published in the 2027-28 catalogs, it must receive approval by the Board of Trustees by April 2, 2027.
  • For a program changes or new program to be published in the 2027-28 catalogs it must receive ALL approvals (i.e., UCC, BOT, state, HLC, and program-specific accrediting bodies) by May 1, 2027. Therefore we recommend programs plan on being slated for the January Board meeting. 
  • A new or program change program could be approved in time to be published in 2027-28 catalogs, but if that program included course changes that were approved after January 31, 2027 those course changes will not be included in the catalog. This can cause a discrepancy in programs that have been approved and what is documented in the catalog. Please plan accordingly to avoid this potential discrepancy. 

ICC Office Hours: ICC Co-Chairs host open office hours via TEAMS each month to provide an opportunity for faculty to ask questions about course proposals, revisions, ICC feedback, and the curriculum review process. Workshop with ICC Co-Chairs on requested revisions. Bring a proposal in progress, get feedback, or discuss process before submission.
