Annual Capital Improvement Plans
Informed by the the Six Year CIP, the Annual CIP is a detailed snapshot of the coming fiscal year, serving as a resource for the University's planning and coordination efforts. It shares a comprehensive list of the capital improvement projects that Ohio University anticipates moving forward with in the next fiscal year, including fund sources and anticipated budgets.
The Annual CIP informs University executive leadership and the Board of Trustees of the next year's fiscal plan, but does not constitute automatic approval of specific projects. Authorization to proceed and funding approval for each individual project is still required by leadership and the Board of Trustees through the year as the projects are developed.
