From staff reports
Ohio University’s annual Undergraduate Commencement exercises generate excitement across campus and this year, University Communications and Marketing (UCM) is contributing to that excitement with special items designed to celebrate graduates’ accomplishments.
Special banners designed by UCM will be on display near the Convocation Center starting May 1 in advance of the graduation ceremonies. The banners proudly proclaim “you did it” to honor the students’ big day and mirror the University’s branding campaign “it’s you.”
While the banners will be on display to the public, the students themselves will be given a reminder of their milestone day in the form of a bracelet with “you did it” printed on it. The rubber bracelet is made up in OHIO’s traditional colors of green and white, with Ohio University printed on them. Students will receive their bracelets when they check in to their respective colleges on Graduation Day.
UCM wishes good luck to all graduating students as they continue on their next adventures.
