Ishmael is a young man who hails from La in the Greater Accra region of Ghana. He completed University of Education, Winneba with a Bachelor's degree in Theatre Arts. His research interest is to delve deeply into promoting African Cultural Values through the Arts.

Maha Ahmed Osman Shibini is a journalist and researcher. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication from Omdruman Islamic University with major in journalism and public relations. She is originally from Abri in Northern Sudan. She is interested in Media, Culture and Gender Development. She speaks Nubian and Arabic.

Margaret Wanjiru Gatonye

Margaret Gatonye holds an MA in Project Planning and Management from the University of Nairobi and a BA in Communication from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology. She is from Kenya and has interest in social inclusion, community development and policy. She wants to use knowledge in African Studies to influence national and regional policy, and to promote social inclusiveness and sustainable development in Africa.

Prince Kwarteng – Crooklynn

Prince grew up in Osu, a suburb of Accra, Ghana but originally hails from the Ashanti region of Ghana. He graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Project Management from the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA). Prince speaks Twi, Ga, Fante and English. He is interested in researching on Development issues in Africa.

Prince hails from Offinso in the Ashanti Region of Ghana. He has a Bachelor's Degree in Political Studies from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST). His research interest are in governance, public sector reforms and public policy and how this will serve as a transformational tool to improve public service delivery in Africa.

Tigistu Tiruneh Beyene

Tigistu is from Ethiopia, the cradle of human beings and where coffee originated. He graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Language and Literature from Hawass University, and a Master's of Arts degree in English Literature from Addis Ababa University. He has been working as a lecturer of English language and literature at Woldia University, Ethiopia. His research focuses on the history, identity, wisdom, and geography of Africa from the perspectives of western discourses.

Wawire Namisoho Purity is a teacher and researcher. She holds a BA in Education Arts from Egerton University with a major in Kiswahili literature and Religious Studies. She is born and raised in a small town in Kitale, Western part of Kenya, where family resides. She is interested in education, religion and Gender development focusing on the immediate challenges affecting Africa’s education system, religion and intersections of language and African traditional beliefs. She aims to improve Africa livelihood, religion and social life.

Amogelang hails from Botswana. She holds a Bachelor of Science in finance from University of Pretoria, South Africa. Her research focus on Post-Colonial Colonialism-International Factors and Actors Marring African Socio-Economic and Political Development.

Jackie is from Kenya and is the co-founder of MACT Kenya, which is a child protection organization based in Kenya. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Development Studies from Management University of Africa in Kenya. Jacky’s research interests are broadly focused on child protection, Maternal and Child Health, and Gender development. As a student of African Studies, Jacky aims at refining her skills in policy advocacy and promotion of both children and women rights in Africa.
