Bioelectrical impedance analysis via the InBody 970S. Provides measurements of fat mass, muscle mass, and body water as well as cellular health and daily caloric needs. Includes professional interpretation of results.
Health fitness testing includes resting blood pressure, height, weight, body mass index, body composition, submaximal exercise test, push-ups, grip strength, and flexibility.
Measurement of maximal cardiorespiratory fitness using individualized tests on either a treadmill or bike. Metabolic gas analysis included.
