Molly Nagin is a seasoned community organizer from Cleveland, Ohio, with over a decade of experience building and leading social movements at the intersection of economic, social, and environmental justice.

She provides strategic leadership across several key organizations, serving as the Ohio District Co-Chair of the Communist Party (CPUSA), a member of the Coordinating Committee for the Ohio Poor People's Campaign, and a Lead Healthcare Navigator with the Universal Healthcare Action Network of Ohio (UHCAN Ohio). She has also co-founded the Cuyahoga County Jail Coalition (2018), co-led the campaign for justice for Tamir Rice, and helped develop REACH Cleveland, a pioneering non-police crisis response program.

Her on-the-ground experience includes managing field operations for renewable energy advocacy with Ohio Citizens Action and leading volunteer canvassing teams for ballot initiatives and electoral campaigns with the North Shore AFL-CIO and the ACLU of Ohio. Molly also amplifies stories of the working-class struggle for social change through journalism, with publications in The Land, People’s World, and The Voice.
