Kudzaishe Masendeke

Kudzaishe Masendeke is an emerging leader in the field of communications, with an honors degree in Media and Cultural Studies from Great Zimbabwe University (2024). Her work focuses on the intersection of media and technology, with a particular commitment to making complex digital information accessible to underserved communities.

She is the founder of a community initiative that supports young women through entrepreneurship development, creating spaces of empowerment, collaboration, and solidarity in Zimbabwe. In 2023, she was selected for the prestigious Study of the U.S. Institutes (SUSI) program at the University of Washington. 

She is currently a 2025 Opportunity Fund recipient, advancing her academic and professional journey at Ohio University.
