Adetola Fajembola

Adetola Fajembola is a communication professional with a background in strategic media, digital engagement, and a diploma in Public Relations. She is passionate about leveraging storytelling, stakeholder engagement, and data-driven strategies to drive inclusive development, social change, and community empowerment.

Her experience spans the media, nonprofit, and education sectors, where she has focused on advancing digital inclusion and exploring the role of media in driving social change. She is also the co-founder of Lift a Child, a social initiative dedicated to eliminating period poverty and expanding access to education in underserved communities.

Through the Communication and Development program at Ohio University, she hopes to deepen her understanding of how media and technology can empower underrepresented populations and shape more equitable development narratives. 

In her leisure time, she likes to read and connect with her friends and family.
