Abigail Nyamekye Clement

I am Abigail Nyamekye Clement and I come from Ghana. I hold a bachelor's degree in Theatre Arts from the University of Education, Winneba, Ghana. I am a committed theatre artist with a speciality in Theatre for Development (TFD), where I employ the artistic medium of performance to engage communities and address pertinent social challenges. 

I am currently pursuing a master’s degree at Ohio University, with a focus on communication and development studies, exploring the complex interplay between narrative and societal advancement.

In my spare time, I derive great satisfaction from reading a diverse range of literature, encompassing classic and contemporary works that provoke thought and inquiry. Writing is also a significant aspect of my creative expression, I engage in crafting plays and poetry to articulate my perspectives. 

I also have a profound appreciation for music, recognizing its capacity to evoke emotions and unite individuals. As an individual with a strong sense of adventure, I actively seek new ideas and experiences, believing that such exploration is essential for personal growth and a deeper understanding of the world.
