Kate Leeman primary focus at the Voinovich School is project work focused on program evaluation and editing. She has a background in nonprofit management and is particularly interested in grassroots anti-poverty strategies. Kate received a BA in philosophy from the University of Southern Maine and a Master of Public Administration degree from Ohio University.
